My name is Kim Schorer.  I am 50 years young!  My favorite physical activities include hiking, stretching, and snow skiing.  My hobbies are quilting, knitting, and taking very long road trips across the country (a lot of sitting time).  My goal is to remain healthy, strong, and flexible so I may continue to live the lifestyle that I am currently living.

I have had the privilege of seeing Lisa Huck as my personal trainer for three years now.  My husband Ric highly recommended that I begin a training program with her.  For many years I was experiencing low back pain and an imbalance in my body that resulted in “crooked posture”.  My muscles would actually seize up to the point that I could not physically stand up straight. 

Lisa began working with me in a very professional, compassionate manner.  Her passion towards her job, her clients, and her life is amazing.  Lisa is able to not only work on your physical health, but she encourages your complete well being, delving into nutrition, educational books, as well as sharing the latest technology relating to overall health.  She is continually educating herself by attending workshops, continuing her schooling, and reading books.  Lisa takes the time to get to know each of her clients, distinguishing their individual needs, and tailors her sessions differently for each and every person.   

As my husband and I travel quite a bit, Lisa has formulated a cardiovascular and stretch/strengthening routine that works for my lifestyle and hobbies – whether I am in the car, on an airplane, or in a hotel room.  She is sensitive to MY body and MY needs, training ME to become stronger and healthier.

I have now celebrated 2 ½ years of a “straighter posture”, a stable core, and a greater range of flexibility.  Lisa has given me that opportunity through her knowledgeable, compassionate, and wonderful training.  She is truly gifted at giving the gift of health!
