What is Central Coast Boot Camp with Lisa Huck?
A four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction for women that includes expert exercise coaching and motivational training provided by Certified Personal Trainer and lifestyle coach, Lisa Huck.

Each boot camper will receive a free hour of Personal Training ($125 value), along with 12 awesome 70 minute workouts! top of page

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or be asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others. top of page

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), lunges, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, PAR course, push-ups, Pilates, surprises, and more!

Camps are held outdoors, and directions will be given when you register. top of page

How often will we meet?
We'll meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 70 minutes during the four-week program. You are expected to arrive on time. top of page

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat (yoga mats work well, but they will get dirty), small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase hand weights at Big 5 or any sporting goods store, and running shoes at Running Warehouse and GH Sports. top of page

Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence and self-esteem! Your friends and family will be impressed with your new physique and can-do attitude! top of page

You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before many people have even woken up! top of page

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $180. That's 14 hours of instruction! It averages out to under $13 per hour. Where else can you get cutting edge fitness instruction for that price?

We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will then be contacted to schedule your pre-camp private training session prior to the start of camp. top of page
